First, please excuse my lack of estonian. I was able to register myself here, but I can´t explain what my question is...
I have a (for you maybe strange) question, could anybody explain to me how a "Rahvaralli" works? I guess it´s based on map-reading? Do car or driver need special equipment? I know there is a special class for women, why? How do I "find" the rally if I want to watch it? Can literally anybody take part?
I am serious, so please don´t take the mickey out of me:) I guess most if not all my questions could be already answered if my estonian would be better and if I was able to read this homepage properly. Sorry again...

Hello!
I try to explain the concept of rahvarally (everyman rally) to you as simply as I can. Basicly it is for everybody and for street legal cars. There are several classes. Women, J16, J18, 2wda, 2wdb, 4wd and last but not least Moskvich league. J16 and J18 can enter with real rally cars. 2wda engine capacity is up to 1600 cc and 2wdb is engine capacity is from 1601 to ... Moskviches are rear wheel drive russian cars which have their own league, but they are driving on the same events. I'm not going to tell about the history of rahvaralli. today it is alot like real rally except the stages are shorter and the speeds are kept down. Today there are many discussions that it is too dangerous and they are discussing what should be changed. This was a brief introduction, but there is alot to tell.
