DEFINITION
The Middle-Estonian Amateurrally 2008 (Kesk-Eesti rahvaralli 2008) will be run in compliance with the International Sporting Code (and it's appendixes), the General Prescriptions of FIA Rallies, the provisions of EASU National Sporting Regulations, every mans rally regulations and by the stipulations of present Supplementary Regulations. Eligible vehicles are all passanger cars which comply with technical rules of Every Mans Rally and have a insurance that is valid on Estonian roads. Competing with sports cars that have ASN technical licence is not allowed (allowed only for V18 crews).
