Add the following additions and modifications to Jaanimäe rallisprint regulations:
2.2. Senior officials of event

5.3 Entry fees should be paid
5.3.1. to organizer's banking account 10220036190013, Eesti Ühispank
Reference: Jaanimäe sprint entry fee, competitor's name.
5.3.2. or in the beginning of competition day in registration.
5.5. Entry fees will be refunded:
5.5.1. in full amount to applicants whose entry has been rejected;
5.5.2. 50% in case of the rally not taking place due to Force Majeure;
5.5.3. Organizers may refund 25% of the entry fee to those unable to start due to force majeurr, duly certified by parent ASN.
5.5.4. Organisers refund all paid entry fee if crew participating in Viru Rally can not start because car's technical failure.
