Jaanimäe Cup for cars and trucks.
1. Place, time
1.1 Competition takes place on August, 22nd 2004 in Jaanimäe circuit (Rahula village, Harju County).

1.3. Pre-registration
Pre-registration begins on July 23, 2004 at 10.00 and ends August 17, 2004 at 24:00.
Pre-registration can be done on the www.rally.ee website.
During the competition, only competitors pre-registered and paid their entry fee during July 23 - August 17, 2004, will be introduced to the public.
2. Organizer
2.1. Competition will be arranged by MTÜ Jaanimäe Ring in co-operation with autosport magazine rally.ee.

3. Competition classes
3.1. Juniors (2WD to 2000 cc)
3.2. SPORT 2WD (group A, N, E)
3.3. ERK 2WD (ERK, ERK Standard)
3.4. 4WD (group A, N, E)
3.5. GAZ (trucks GAZ 51/52 and GAZ 53)
4. Competitors, Insurance
4.1. Competitors must hold and present the following documents upon registration: valid driver licence, registrator licence, race car's licence, driving licence and signed registration application.
4.2. Junior competitors are allowed to drive without a co-driver or with co-driver holding a driving license and a valid insurance policy for no less than 50 000 EEK.
4.3. Two competitors may compete on same car. Both competitors are required to pay the entry fee.
4.4. Each competitor may compete only with one car and in one class.
5. Entry fees
5.1. Entry fees are:
4WD: 500 EEK
2WD: 400 EEK
Juniors: 300 EEK
Trucks: 100 EEK
5.2 Team registration
5.2.1. A team consists of three competitors. Two better results are accounted for.
5.2.2. Team entry fee is 500 EEK.
5.3. Fees must be paid to organizer's bank account 10220036190013, Eesti Ühispank.

5.4. Registration applications will be handled after entry fees are paid in full amount.
5.5. Entry fees will be refunded:
5.5.1. in full amount to applicants whose entry has been rejected;
5.5.2. 50% in case of the rally not taking place due to Force Majeure;
5.5.3. Organizers may refund 25% of the entry fee to those unable to start due to force majeurr, duly certified by parent ASN.
5.6. Deadline for applications and entry fees is August 17, 2004 at 24:00.
6. Competition procedure
6.1. Competition is held according to the general rules and technical regulatiosn of ASN, the general regulation of the 2004 rallysprint championships and this regulation.
6.2. Acquaintance with the track is to be carried out on foot or on a non-motorized vehicle. Junior competitors are allowed one pass on their competing vehicles at 10:45.
6.3. Starting line-up is divided by competition classes. The second round will be held in the reverse order of the first round; the third round will be in the reverse order of the combined result of the first two rounds. All competitors need to line up in the pre-start zone; a late competitor will be dismissed from the round.
6.4. Start is given using the start lights. Start is signalled by the dim of red starting lights.
6.5. A penalty of 10 seconds is awarded for a false start.
6.6. A competitor not started during 20 seconds after the start signal is considered to be disqualified in the current round.
6.7. Every competitor is eligible for three competition rounds. The final result is calculated as a sum of two better results.
6.8. All results are to be counted according to the finish protocol.
7. Protests
7.1. All protests need to be filed within 15 minutes after preliminary results are posted on the information board. Protest security fee is 1000 EEK, 3000 EEK if car needs to be dismantled.
8. Advertisements
8.1. Organizes have right to reserve places for advertisements, that must be on displayed on the car until the end of the competition.
8.2. If the entrant refuses to carry organizer's advertising, a penalty fee of 1000 EEK is applied.
8.3. Competition numbers, rally plates and advertising should be affixed on the cars before the scrutineering.
8.4. For placement of the advertisements, see appendix 1.
9. Prizes
9.1. Three best entrants from every class will bew rewarded with a trophy.
9.2. The best team will be rewarded with a trophy.
9.3. The best entrant from ECO league (2WD ECO league) will be rewarded with a trophy.
9.4. Organizers and sponsors may award additional special prices.
10. Responsibility
10.1. Organizers and ASN do not take any responsibility for possible accidents and their consequences.
